So, there are days where I sit in my pyjamas, clean the house, complete projects and just don’t have the time to go and dress up for photos. Today is one of those days. I think i’ve built myself up so much into believing that I should only post my own “epic” photoshoots or videos here that it makes it difficult to blog more often. Well, the general consensus over the past few posts have been that you’d love me to blog more. Now, I can’t promise pictures of myself or places i’ve been every day – my life certainly isn’t a fairytale, but there really isn’t any harm in posting simple things that inspire me more often, right?!
So, here is the first of many!
Syrup is a brand that I came across over at Mori Girl (a blog you should definitely follow!). It’s a Japanese brand, and whilst I can’t say that head over heels with the actual clothes on sale (..not that I would be able to work out how to buy them..I only just managed to find the pictures!) there is just something about these images that I love. Perhaps it’s the forlorn models that resemble my beloved Blythe dolls, or the simple setting and props. I’m not sure, but they’re beautiful, aren’t they? Each of the outfits can be easily replicated so I’m not in a huge rush for a translator..I think I’m more in love with the hair styles.
Anyway, that’s enough gushing about pretty things for this afternoon. Have a lovely Saturday – see you later x

The photos do have a lovely quaint feel to them. I just love the stack of books in the last one.
I love this clothes. let us know, when you’ve figured out where to buy them.
i adore these clothes! very wendy darling- ish.
and i think i have to disagree with you, from the way you describe your life, it’s exactly what i’d imagine to be a fairytale. not to mention your adventures!
These photos are really pretty – they’ve got a certain charm. That black cardigan with the bow on the back is lovely too. Great find – thanks for sharing them with us!
Doesn’t the top knot in the first image remind you of musical wind-up toys? I simply love the styling, everyone looks like they live in their very own storybook. Pretty!
I love seeing posts of your inspiration! These photographs are lovely, I love the doll like impression I get when I look at them. Such a great collection you’ve found!

Gad for the Mori Girl link.
I completely feel you! For me it is so hard to post what I wear on my blog… There are just so many days where I have no event to get dressed in more than something completely basic. And there definitely isn’t always time to convince my boyfriend to go outside and take pictures of me haha. I’m sure I speak for many when I say that your posts – whether big or small, of daily outfits or not – are still fun to read! keep up the good work!

Oh, I love reading about people’s inspirations. It always gives me so many ideas for things… I don’t think you should worry too much about what you *should* post. Post what makes you happy, and what inspires you. This blog is yours, after all. It’s like a digital sketchbook really.

well i think it´s better to post only sometimes pictures and videos of you and your life. Not because i don´t like it but that makes it more interesting and special.
…and i also like reading about people´s inspirations.
