Me & Zena & Bunny

Bright Eyes

I was asked a question a while ago on Formspring; somebody had noticed I never wear rings and wondered why. It hasn’t ever been a conscious decision – I think it’s that they get on my nerves when I’m working and I’ve never much liked the way they look on my hand. But when Me & Zena offered to gift me a golden bunny ring, I changed my mind completely – there was no way I was going to turn down something so cute. It’s a bunny!

The ‘Bright Eyes’ ring fulfills all my rabbit-ring needs..it’s lovely and heavy, and the sparkly green eyes don’t look cheap like I imagined they might, and it came packaged so beautifully in it’s own velvety pouch – things like that make all the difference!  I’m sure you’ll be seeing it in outfit posts in the very near future – maybe i’ll even become a full-time ring wearer!

If you aren’t familiar with Me & Zena yet, it’s definately worth a look, a few of my favourite bits are the Anchor bracelet and the Geek glasses necklace. See you again tomorrow x

Oh, that’s just gorgeous ! I’ve always been a ring wearer (my collection is currently at 30 and still growing) and they really are a fun accessory.

The bunny is so cute – I have to go check out Me & Zena now. 🙂

Wearing rings annoys me too. I’m too conscious of them, especialy when I’m writing or using my hands (uh, all the time!).
I used to wear a watch everyday but in the last 6 months that has started to annoy me too!

I don;t like much how rings look on my fingers either, but I just can’t resist wearing them. It has a perfect alice feel to it, which is again very much true to your fairytale style.

I never wore rings, too… until I found in a sweet little shop in Vancouver (I was there in holiday) an irish Claddagh Ring. The guy who worked there explained the meaning of it to me. I fell immediatly in love with the beauty of the ring, the symbol, the meaning, everything. Since then, I never took it off. 🙂

absolutely adore this ring. it is perfect. i usually only wear my engagement ring and wedding band stacked on my ring finger… but i’d definitely make a compromise for this little beauty. love the second photo. you look so sweet. xx
