Dress - c/o Luphia | Hat - H&M | Shoes - Kate Kanzier Bag - c/o One Language
I do take those shoes off..sometimes..
Being back in Somerset means more bucolic backdrops for photos, and obligatory trips to the Mulberry factory shop to lust over bags I can’t afford…! That is exactly how I spent my Sunday – Mum and I took a walk to the Mulberry shop (It’s a beautiful converted school building as you can see above), and stopped for some outfit photos along the way.
I think it’s obvious from my lack of exclamation marks that I left the shop empty-handed. I never really expected to buy anything but it’s always a pleasure to browse – I think I was just happy to get out of the house after a week in my PJs reading books! Although, If I did have any money in the bank I would’ve splurged on a beautiful silk dress with a pleated skirt and pointy collar, covered in carousel horses. Ahhh..

On to the outfit: this super-duper comfy dress was a gift from the lovely Tina of Luphia.co.uk. I’m not as twiggy as the girl in the photos so was a little worried about the drop waist but it did a fab job of covering my belly, so thumbs up! I decided not to wear it with the ribbon around the collar..with the hat, socks and brogues I was already looking like a bit of a caricature! I’ll never tire of dressing like a small child/old man..
Tina has offered a mahooosive 50% discount off all purchases in her shop for you pretty ladies as she is in the process of selling her business, so if you fancy a bargain pop over and see what she has left! All you have to do is enter the code “wish” at checkout!
P.S – My hair is growing! I don’t know what to do with it..eek!
