Bake-a-Boo
It might not look like it from these pictures, but I’m not a big tea drinker at all. I’ll have the odd cup now and then when I’m craving a sugar fix (I tend to put a ridiculous amount of heaped teaspoonfuls in, you see) but I can’t turn down a cup when it’s accompanied by scones, and cupcakes..and Victoria sponge..and sandwiches…
Lucy and I went out to Bake-a-Boo in North London on her birthday, and I really couldn’t recommend it enough – it was lovely! The perfect indulgence for a pair of students rushed off their feet (not that you could tell..). I decided that perhaps Lucy and I should start tearoom reviews in return for high-tea…a girl can dream, right?! Bake-a-Boo would have received a very high score – I’d happily go back again and again.
We scoffed a ridiculous amount before heading off to see the Umbrellas of Cherbourg in the evening. A pretty perfect day with blogger cliches a-plenty! x

Love Love Love these pictures!
So adorable. My friends and I had a tea party for her birthday last week.
I love sweet tea, to avoid putting in so much sugar I use honey.
So much loveliness in the space of one post!

I got really excited when I saw you listed as one of the twenty-five most influential under-26′s in The Times today! Have you seen it? There’s Dizzee Rascal and Peaches Geldof and Olivia Chessell too!
Oh I am just the same with tea! I rarely touch the stuff, but the few times I do seem to be in the presence of scones and little sandwiches.
This place looks lovely, how pretty is that polka dot table cover! Might have a little look next time I’m in London.
