Autumnal

Rain, Rain, Go Away.

Hello again, I haven’t disappeared! It’s been a hectic week – including exciting things like the Cosmopolitan Blog Awards, where I received a “Highly Commended” award in my category – so thank you so much to everybody that voted for me! The busyness continues over the weekend too, as I’m helping Miguel shoot a short film set in 40s London – I’ll try and get a few snaps to show you!

Anyway, onto the pictures. I’m a complete sucker for the colours that are all over the high street at the moment – the Autumnal mustards, oranges and deep reds. Whilst I usually try and steer clear of highstreet fads (however much I love them I might have to forgo elbow patches – they are EVERYWHERE!) I can’t help but wear these colours. I have a habit of dressing up to match my surroundings, and the changing colours of the trees are clearly influencing me.

This is a bit of a winter version of what I wore on my birthday in August – a pair of Topshop trousers, plus the bargainous coat I picked up in the sale over the summer (see, I foresaw the trend ages ago!). My bag is a birthday present from my parents that I haven’t shown you yet – it’s from ASOS  and is just the perfect size for my laptop. Not so great for carrying a bottle of water or your make-up bag, or anything else practical that isn’t flat, but it’s a beauty!

Oh, and I recently got this beret fromYesStyle> – can you believe it’s my 6th colour!? Why of course I needed another red beret in a slightly different shade! x
