“Take my card, and sticker…and greeting card..”
I’m not sure any business woman in her right mind would actually dress like this, except perhaps if they were on Junior Apprentice; you always get a few crazies on there. As you might be able to tell, I have a bit of a thing for cream tights at the moment – I’m sure it will pass – I seem to be inspired by a certain matchy-matchy Blair Waldorf look circa Season 1. When will I learn?!
Anyway, I wanted to use wearing my cute little Miss Patina suit that I was kindly gifted as an excuse to show you the business cards I had printed at Moo.com. I actually had quite a few things printed, stickers and WishWishWish branded greetings cards and all, but my favourites were the rounded corner business cards, a set with 4 illustrations, and my own handwriting. I’ll show you the whole collection of WishWishWish ephemera as soon as my desk is a little tidier, because if you’ve been reading for a while you’ll know how I feel about stationary<3 Because I don’t really have a huge need for stickers with illustrated versions of my face on, I’ve taken to sticking them anywhere and everywhere – my keyboard, card reader, and just you wait if you receive a letter from me..!
P.S – I’ve recently switched up my red lipstick for Mac’s Ruby Woo. I’m loving it so far, but find it rather difficult to apply (akin to colouring in with a wax crayon!), if anyone has any tips, I’d be very grateful! x

I have the same lipstick, I really love it as well. As for applying it, I usually dot the lipstick on my lips, and try not to get beyond the edges of my lip. Sometimes I use a tiny lip-brush to work more precise around the edges and stuff. Hope this helps

I’ve had a workmate dressed in a navy sailor dress with white tights and heels and I work in a law firm so this outfit wouldn’t go too amiss! You look fab.

I was sitting here admiring your lipstick, and am so excited to see it’s Ruby Woo! I bought the same one a few weeks ago and I adore it. I line my lips first with a red lip liner, and it helps a ton with the application.

Both me and my friend wear Mac Ruby Woo! We apply it with a lipstick brush so it’s not so rough to put on, and we finish with the lip liner rather than put it on beforehand (because apply matte lippy with a brush is kinder on your lips, sure, but leaves you a little jagged around the edges).

Love your outfit and your Moo cards are gorgeous. I have the same issue with a Mac lipstick, make sure you wear liner first, all over your lips, looks better and doesn’t feel as dry!
