Holiday Treat
Back to the familiar green bedroom wall with Polaroids stuck above my bed, to a roaring open fire and cuddles with my big dog, and the locations I’ve frequented so many times before in outfit posts. Recognise this place? It’s the exact spot that my brother took pictures of me in my Family Affairs Christmas dress last year in the snow, and here I am again, in another dress by one of my favourite ever designers (and my brother behind the lens, too!).
Nina sent me the Homeward dress in September when I wore it with ankle socks and flats, but it’s so perfect for winter too, with just enough room underneath to pile on a few layers. It was my favourite piece in the collection as soon as I saw it (I think I wrote about it on here too!), and today Nina is offering it at 50% off as part of the Family Affairs ‘Holiday Treats’ series, so I make that $89, or around £60. Completely worth it if you have anything left in your bank before Christmas.
I’m off to do a bit of last minute Christmas shopping in Bath today (taking my camera along too, of course!) – wish me luck! x

Oh so funny, I ordered the same red bag the other day, hope to be able to fit my camera into it

This is no doubt my favorite color palette for cold days of winter: black, grey, white and strong touches of red, you look absolutely darling. And maybe you have just convinced me to try out white tights…
