A Bird a Day

Blue and Green Should Never be Seen…

..or so my mum told me this morning when I came downstairs. Well, I think it looks alright! Truth of the matter is, I can’t stand not wearing a hat so it was the best of the 7 options I brought home with me. Yup, 7.

I just had to get out of the house today. It’s the end of the holidays and I’ve accomplished absolutely nothing in terms of University work. I’ll sit myself down in front of the computer only to be distracted by eBay, or reading blogs. I keep telling myself it will all work itself out, perhaps the night before hand-in! Please tell me I’m not the only one?!

I borrowed Miguel‘s new coat for our little jaunt, as I love navy with the pumpkin orange colour of my tights, which are making their 100000th appearance this winter. I’m sure all you Nadinoo fans haven’t missed what I’m wearing with them either! As a thank you for creating the AW11 film, she sent across the beautiful ‘a Bird a Day’ dress. It’s such a beautiful print, you could study it for ages, reading the names of all the birds. As it’s a cotton dress, I’m looking forward to styling it when it’s a little warmer in the spring, so I don’t have to crumple it up with a coat over the top. I’m practically counting down the days until it’s bare leg weather.. x
