Grey Days

& Beasty Boots…

Back in my trusty hat and burgundy socks (I do wash them, I promise), it’s well and truly autumn – I even put on a scarf today! This transition period is my favourite; getting to wear my favourite knits whilst keeping my pins on show, accessorised with a pair of socks. These photos were actually taken during fashion week, a few paces away from the Topshop venue, by my friend Dina. We’d witnessed the circus that surrounded the entrance and exit of the show, spotting Elle Fanning plus a bunch of celebrities I should probably know the name of. No Alexa spot this year though, unfortunately!

This was my fourth look for my ASOS Fashion FinderMan Up” challenge. I think a big ol’ pair of boots, a fedora (albeit a slightly beaten-up one) and a chunky fisherman knit constitutes a bit of a boyish feel, don’t you?  And I’d also like to say that I proudly wore those beasty platforms all day – and on the way home! A serious feat (no pun intended). Let’s ignore the part where I called Miguel to bring a pair of flats with him when he met me at the station…

I’m not allowed any more grey knits this chilly season – and I give you full permission to shout at me (caps?) if you see another one on here any time soon! x

So would I ; ) It’s just a time thing. I work full time as well as keeping this up, it doesn’t leave much time for creating other content. x

haha this somehow still succeeds as not looking manly at all! I am so impressed with your heel wearing capabilities. there is no way I would even try.
