Black Nails & Studs

This post is full of new things – from my freshly dyed and chopped hair (a visit to TaylorTaylor was long overdue!) to my new favourite photo spot.

This little street isn’t far from our new place, and it couldn’t be better for snapping outfits on a quiet weekend. It’s typically London, with it’s cobbled road and old street lights - Miguel even filmed there when working on his short film. Expect many more an outfit shot here as soon as I’ve exhausted the rest of the local area!

And when I mentioned new hair I really should have said old – as when I went to get it snipped I took along a few pictures from this post. I’m rubbish at maintaining a hairstyle..but in a way it’s quite nice, as when I finally get round to booking an appointment it feels like something brand new again.

I love that with this ‘do I can style it to look super ’60s or a little rock ‘n’ roll depending on what I’m wearing. I even cracked out the black nail varnish when wearing this ensemble – a colour that I was more than used to applying as a 15 year old with panda eyes – not so new after all. But it’s fun to mix it up a little, right?! x
