Ahhhh I told you i’d be letting you know about these photos, but chances are, if you read Niotillfem and Sally Jane Vintage, then you’ll already know! I was recently asked to pose in a few photos for a Modcloth advert to appear on everybody’s favourite blog reader, Bloglovin’. Modcloth sent me the outfit, and I took these pictures at very last minute outside of my university – I think they came out well though! For those interested, here are the outfit details:
Cezanne Dress, Trobairitz Shoes, Juliet Cape-ulet, Dots and Daisies tights – I’m always amazed by the names they come up with for their clothes!
In other news…

Dress from ModCloth
I’ve been busybusybusy bag making, book making, sketchbooking and reading this week to have time to post here (that and our internet has been playing up..again) but for part of our “research”, my friend Lucy and I headed off to Sloane Square to do a little style spotting (we had to go somewhere in West London and visit a few shops in the area too..!). Now, you wouldn’t think “style spotting” is that difficult, but finding somebody that meets requirements on a Thursday afternoon isn’t exactly the easiest of jobs..so we retired to a bench with a box of cakes for a bit of a rest. It’s a hard life…xx

i love your scarf! i tried making an extra big and chunky one for my boyfriend but seeing as it was my first time knitting, it was just long enough to cover his neck because i started it over and over and over again (about 17 times)
haha, but the main thing is that you inspired me to take up knitting (as soon as i saw your post back in the day when you were making the scarf) – even though it was summer at the time and even though it took me about six months
